An Adventurer type, she was sensitive to others; easily relating to others’ emotions, helping them to establish harmony and good will. She loved giving gifts and cooking to her loved ones. She loved nature and animals. She would have multiple bird feeders throughout her back yard and loved having cats. She had a collection of brooch pins she would always wear on her blouse or sweater – mainly of a dolphin or an angel.

An avid love for the ocean, she could spend hours collecting seashells along the shore. Many of her summer days were spent at Long Cove Point in Chamberlain, ME where she enjoyed the ocean views with friends and family. She also enjoyed being out in the water, from going on a Windjammer and lobster boat trips along the Mid Coast of Maine, motorsailing along the Gulf and bayous of Louisiana and celebrating Mardi Gras on a float in the heart of New Orleans – especially throwing out beads and doubloons to the massive crowd! There were memorable moments of exploring on multiple road trips (either across the United States or the many different countries in Northern Europe) all done mainly in an old VW Bus.
